LCR Exteriors ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you visit our site or contact us about a project, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you use the roof-lookup tool, the address you type is sent to OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim geocoding service to find the property — no name or contact details are included in that request.

What we collect
When you submit a form, request an inspection, or call us about a project, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about what your roof or home needs. If you run a satellite roof lookup, we store the address you typed and the rough square-footage estimate our tool returns. We also collect basic analytics — pages viewed, device type, general location — so we can improve the site. That analytics data is never tied to your name.
How we use it
We use what you give us to do the things you'd expect: respond to your inquiry, schedule your free inspection, prepare your quote, follow up on your project, and keep you posted by phone, email, or text. We don't use your information for anything unrelated to your project or this website.
SMS and text messaging
If you opt in by checking the text-message box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from LCR Exteriors about your inquiry and project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts will not affect your ability to reach us by phone or email. We never share your mobile information with third parties for their marketing.
How we share it
We don't sell your personal information — period. We share it only with the people who help us run the business: scheduling and communications tools, our insurance-claim documentation partners (if you have a claim in flight), and our analytics provider. We share only what's needed to serve you, and never for their independent marketing. We may also share information when required by law.
Your choices
You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any message, opt out of texts by replying STOP, or ask us to delete your information entirely by calling or emailing us. We'll honor your request within the timeframes required by applicable law.
How we keep it safe
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you give us. No system is perfect, but we work to keep yours out of the wrong hands.
Children's privacy
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the revised version here with a new effective date. For material changes, we'll do our best to give you a heads-up by email if we have an active relationship with you.
