Our services

LCR Exteriors provides residential and light-commercial exterior services across Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland, including roof replacement and repair, storm-damage restoration, siding, gutters, metal trim and flashing, fences, and decks. The specific scope, materials, and price for your project are defined in the written estimate or contract you sign before work begins — not on this website.

Estimates and pricing

Any pricing, monthly-payment figures, financing terms, or "instant" ranges shown on this site — including the satellite roof-lookup tool — are approximate and for planning only. They are not an offer, a quote, or a binding price. Your actual price is provided in writing after a free on-site inspection, and that written estimate is what governs.

Insurance claims

We help homeowners navigate the insurance-claim process by inspecting and documenting damage, meeting with the field adjuster on the roof, and following the claim through to settlement. We do not guarantee that any claim will be approved, and we do not waive, discount, or absorb insurance deductibles or any policyholder obligations. Final coverage decisions are made by your insurance carrier.

Payment and deposits

Our standard payment terms are spelled out in your project contract. For most residential roof replacements we collect a deposit at contract signing and the balance on the day of completion — not before. We will never ask for full payment up front. Financing, when offered, is provided by a third-party lender under their own terms, and approval is subject to that lender's criteria.

Warranty disclaimers

Manufacturer warranties on shingles, metal panels, and other materials are passed through to you per the manufacturer's terms. Our workmanship warranty is described in your project contract. Except as expressly stated in writing, this website and all of its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We work to keep information on this site accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Virginia law, LCR Exteriors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to this website will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100).

Use of the site

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or harvest data from it. Content, logos, photos, and other materials on this site are the property of LCR Exteriors or our licensors and may not be copied or republished without written permission.

Third-party links

If we link to a third-party site (for example, a manufacturer page or a financing partner), we don't control or endorse that site, and these terms don't apply there.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll post the revised version here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the site after that date means you accept the changes.
